Important: Billing and Shipping Must Match
To protect our customers from fraud, the billing address on your payment method must match your shipping address. Orders that don't match, or that fail our verification checks, will be canceled and fully refunded.

Overview
This website, theliquorburbank.com (the "Site"), is operated by LIQ INTL LLC, doing business as The Liquor Burbank ("we," "us," or "our"). We also operate a retail store at Burbank Town Center in Burbank, California. By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Our store runs on Shopify, which provides our e-commerce platform.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the Site or place an order. You may not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Independent Reseller
The Liquor Burbank is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nike, Jordan Brand, Adidas, Yeezy, Supreme, Bape, Chrome Hearts, Hellstar, SP5DER, Stüssy, Asics, Vale, GV Gallery or any other brand we carry. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.

3. Authenticity Guarantee
Every item we sell is inspected before it's listed. We guarantee that every item is authentic. If an item you bought from us is proven not authentic by a recognized third-party authentication service, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund, excluding shipping, once the item is returned in the same condition it was sent.

4. Product Condition and Descriptions
Items are sold in the condition described on the listing:

• New / Deadstock (DS): unworn, in original packaging. Boxes may show minor wear from storage or shipping.
• Pre-owned / Used: previously worn. Visible wear, creasing, or flaws are shown in photos or noted in the listing.
• Box condition: missing lids, damaged boxes, or replacement boxes will be noted when applicable.

We work to display colors and details accurately, but screens vary, and we can't guarantee your display matches the item exactly. Please check sizing before you buy. Sizes follow the manufacturer's sizing, which can vary between brands and models.

5. Pricing and Availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability can change at any time without notice. Most items are one-of-one or limited quantity, so an item in your cart is not reserved until checkout is complete. When a sale price is shown with a crossed-out price, the crossed-out price is the price we previously offered that item at.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed.

6. Orders, Verification, and Cancellations
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that:

• fail fraud or address verification,
• have mismatched billing and shipping information,
• appear to be placed by resellers or bots, or exceed quantity limits,
• contain pricing or inventory errors.

We may contact you by email or phone to verify an order, and orders may be held until verification is complete. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please provide accurate and current contact, billing, and shipping information.

7. Payment and Chargebacks
By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first. We'll work with you to resolve it. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may provide the payment processor with order records, delivery confirmation, communications, and device and IP information to respond to the dispute. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in being banned from future purchases and referred for collection or legal action.

8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times, carriers, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy at theliquorburbank.com/policies/shipping-policy. Once tracking shows a package as delivered to the address provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, though we will help you file a claim with the carrier. Higher-value orders may require a signature on delivery. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by their country.

9. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy at theliquorburbank.com/policies/refund-policy.

10. Marketing Messages and Surveys
If you sign up for email or text messages, you agree to receive marketing from us. Consent is not required to make a purchase. For texts, message and data rates may apply, and frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Optional survey answers you give us, such as how you heard about us, may be used to improve our marketing.

11. Privacy

12. Site Content and Your Submissions
All Site content, including photos, product descriptions, logos, and design, belongs to The Liquor Burbank or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any of it without our written permission. If you send us reviews, comments, or ideas, we may use them without owing you payment. You agree that anything you submit won't be illegal, defamatory, or infringe anyone's rights.

13. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site to: break any law; submit false or misleading information; use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to buy products or collect data; interfere with the Site's security or operation; upload viruses or harmful code; or harass, abuse, or harm others. We may block access for anyone who violates these Terms.

14. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site may link to or use third-party services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for our Authenticity Guarantee and our obligation to describe items accurately, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Liquor Burbank and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

17. Indemnification
You agree to cover any claims, losses, or legal fees we incur because you broke these Terms or the law, or violated someone else's rights.

18. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
If you have a dispute with us, please email us first and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court.

19. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms and the policies linked above are the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of it.

20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
