Are your items authenticated?
Yes. Every single item is verified by our in-house team before it ships. We do not sell fakes — period. If an item ever fails authentication we pull it immediately.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Expedited options available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 have a flat rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on clothing — all clothing sales are final. For footwear, we accept exchanges only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange. To start an exchange, contact us with your order number and tracking information.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry a wide range of sizes across all categories. Sizing varies by brand — check the individual product page for size details. Still unsure? DM us on Instagram and we'll help you find your fit.
Can I sell or trade my items?
Yes! We buy and trade streetwear, sneakers, and accessories. Bring your items into our Burbank location or DM us photos on Instagram for a quote.
