Are your items authentic?

Yes, 100% guaranteed. Every item is verified by our in-house team before it ships. Our reputation has been built on being a store people can trust, and we take that seriously with every order.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 days. Standard shipping takes 1–5 business days, and expedited options are available at checkout. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on all orders over $500. Orders under $500 have a flat-rate fee calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Clothing and sale items are final sale. Footwear can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if it's unworn and in original condition with all tags and packaging. Contact us with your order number to start an exchange.

Why was my order canceled?

To protect against fraud, your billing and shipping addresses must match. Orders that don't match are canceled and fully refunded.

What size should I get?

Is an item held in my cart?

No. Most pieces are super limited, so an item isn't reserved until checkout is complete.
