We stand behind every item we sell. Read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Clothing — All Sales Final
All clothing purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any apparel items. Please review sizing information carefully before ordering. If you have questions about fit or sizing contact us before purchasing.
Footwear — Exchange Only
We accept exchanges on footwear within 7 days of delivery. To qualify your item must be:
- Unworn and unaltered
- In original condition
- All original tags still attached
- In original box or packaging
Sale Items
All sale and discounted items are final sale. No exceptions. This includes any item purchased during a promotional event or marked down in price.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged item or the wrong item was sent, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will make it right immediately.
How To Start An Exchange
Follow these steps to begin your exchange:
- Contact us on Instagram @theliquorburbank or by email
- Include your order number and tracking number
- Send clear photos of the item you want to exchange
- Wait for approval before sending anything back
- Ship item back within 3 days of approval
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
