By placing an order with The Liquor Burbank you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Payment & Fraud Policy
All transactions are monitored for fraud. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. Your IP address, device fingerprint, and location data are recorded at the time of purchase. Any fraudulent transaction will be reported to the issuing bank, major card networks, and law enforcement including the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). We pursue all chargebacks filed in bad faith through collections and legal action.
Chargeback Policy
We maintain detailed records of all transactions including tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and customer communications. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with full documentation. Customers who file illegitimate chargebacks will be permanently banned and reported to fraud databases shared across merchants.
All Sales Final
All clothing sales are final. Footwear exchanges only within 7 days of delivery on unworn items. Sale items are non-refundable. By purchasing you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Order Verification
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that fails our verification process. High value orders may require additional identity verification before shipment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Signature confirmation is required on orders over $300. If you believe your package was stolen please file a police report and contact your carrier directly.
